The Lion Fund
Since its founding in 1987, Mariners Christian School has blessed thousands of students, families, and communities. MCS has enriched minds, touched hearts, connected friends, and changed lives in countless ways. Spring Gala
A fabulous evening affair for parents, grandparents, teachers and friends to join together for fellowship, food, and fundraising, with all proceeds benefiting MCS programs and initiatives. Each year we select a key program to focus on during our “Fund-a-Need” portion of the event.
Gifts & Grants
Many of our parents and grandparents have a passion for a particular program such as STEM or the Arts; and/or they have an affiliation with a private or corporate foundation that grants to non-profit schools. We are eager to partner in these opportunities to advance God’s work at MCS!

What is The Lion Fund, and why is it important?
The Lion Fund, formerly known as the Annual Fund, is a long-established legacy of generosity remains the most important annual giving initiative for Mariners Christian School. It will continue to support our mission and core values of Love for Christ, Exemplary Academics, Whole-Child Focus, Culture of Innovation, and Connected Community.
Providing an exemplary Christian education requires significant financial investment that cannot be provided by tuition alone. The Lion Fund is crucial in bridging the gap between tuition revenue and the actual cost of delivering the highest quality, Christ-centered education.
